Delano DI Introduces...
Team Manager Advisors & New Web Tools
– Just for DI Managers!

The greatest part about joining Delano DI and/or being a Team Manager of a Delano DI team is that Delano is the only city in the state that has its own Advisory Team & Web Site filled with Manager tips & tools, to hold your hand through each part of the season.

This Advisory Team consists of four Advisors who have all been Team Managers or DI Coordinators for
at least 5 years. And...each of these four advisors has coached a team that has gone on to compete at the "Global" level (Against kids from 47 US states & 15 countries.)

bullet Technical Advisor, Jeff Harris, will help you find a place to build props & sets, show your team how to build props & sets, and help you gain access to some of the larger tools/items that your team needs to build their props & sets.

bullet Instant Challenge Advisor, Scott Dallmann, is available to come to one of your first team meetings and help you get acclimated to the concept of "Instant Challenge." Scott will show up with one of these challenges ready to show to you and your team then leaves you with key tips on how to practice "Instant Challenges" with your team. He even brings the supplies for the example challenge!

bullet DI Coordinator, Nancy Stellrecht, is the one to contact with any questions regarding team guidelines, paperwork, and other various details associated with this great program.

bulletWeb & Marketing Manager, Rebecca Harris, is your contact for message board, web site, marketing, and sponsorship information.

Each of these folks have years of experience in each of the types of Team challenges that DI puts out annually and they are excited to answer your questions, anytime. Just ask them!
